Path Conflict Coaching Course

3/20/25 - 3/21/25 8 am - 5 pm PT

Path Conflict Coaching course is a highly interactive sixteen-hour course where participants learn how to use The Path of a Peacemaker to coach a person through conflict. Conflict coaching is when a coach sits down with a person to help them reconcile their differences with others. Like an athletic coach, a conflict coach will challenge, inspire, and call out blind spots that the person does not see. The primary role of the coach is to help the person discover heart issues or areas in which the person is living out their Christian life in a manner different than how the Bible calls Christians to live. This course teaches how to use the Individual Reconciliation Guide and includes role-play exercises. (Participants are required to take both the Path App training and Path of a Peacemaker Foundational training before taking this course.)
